Date: Saturday, September 5
Check-in: 9:15 AM to 9:45 AM
Tourney Time: 10 AM to 7 PM
Early bird deadline: August 9
Registration Deadline: August 23
Late Deadline: Sept 3
Late fees apply after deadline.
Max Teams: 24 TOTAL Teams CAP
Pool-Play Format: At least 8 Sets Guaranteed.
Playoffs Format: Match games – Best of 3
Divisions: Advanced (BB), Intermediate (B)
Advanced Prize: Combination of cash/swag/future tourney prize. 2nd Place Swag/future tourney
Intermediate Prize: 1st place and 2nd place combination of ACES Swag/future tourney
Please note: Prize payouts are based on total team registration and division sizes to keep events fair and sustainable.
Prize payments will be made via refund and remainder with zelle/venmo only.
All members must be 18 years or older to join!
Registration Fees:
Early Bird Pricing (team of 7): $315/team ($45/person)
Regular Pricing (team of 7): $385/team ($55/person)
Late Pricing (team of 7): $455/team ($65/person)
Additional Players: $50 per extra player (after 7)

Signup Details for Free Agent (FA):
You may signup as free agent to be placed on a team. Please note that your desired position isn’t guaranteed.
You’ll either be placed on a team of FAs or an existing team that needs extra players to fill up the team!
Rules:
Doubles on sets going over will be called (2nd or 3rd touch).
– Any net touches need to be called.
– Full foot can’t cross the line under the net.
– The point of contact with the ball may not be above the plane of the net when hitting from the backrow behind the 10-foot line.
– At least 1 girl is required to be on the court at all times to play.
– A libero may serve twice for both middles to ensure 1 female is on the court (only applies to teams with only 1 girl available).
– Top Teams Make Playoffs
